Weld-on claw in steel, counterpart to the aluminium pillar locks with a rubber: is welded to the front panel or to the pillar and is into it that the lock engages — without it the lock has nothing to latch onto. Symmetrical part, it fits both hands, and one claw is counted for each lock. Supplied without zinc plating — is bare steel, which calls for painting or surface treatment.
